Bérengère brings more than 8 years’ experience to cross border and domestic M&A, financings, commercial and restructuring transactions, and various corporate matters. She represents companies and individuals in their acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, in their investments and in their financing transactions and restructurings.
Bérengère has strong skills in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on cross-border private equity transactions and specific expertise in the energy and commodities sector.
Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has exercised in 3 jurisdictions: in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), in France (Paris) and since 2013 in Singapore. Arnaud spent 4 years at Morgan Lewis Stamford (ex-Stamford Law Corporation) leading a francophone and Vietnamese desk where he was promoted as partner.
Arnaud advises clients on a wide range of cross-border corporate and M&A transactions in the ASEAN region.
Delphine Constantin is a Partner in the Infrastructure & Energy and International Disputes departments.
Delphine Constantin has more than 15 years of experience in emerging market jurisdictions. She has worked as in-house counsel in the Projects group of a major European financial institution, with an international law firm in Australia and in Vietnam and with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), in Manila.
Prior to joining LPA, Delphine Constantin was Of Counsel with an international law firm in Singapore and a Senior Consultant with one of India’s foremost law firms in Mumbai. She advises corporates, funds, multi-laterals and governments, in both Common Law and Civil Law jurisdictions, primarily in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
Astrid has more than 12 years’ experience in offering key strategic execution for the end-to-end management of worldwide long and short-term assignments, permanent transfers, localisations and repatriations.
Prior to joining LPA, she was a Senior Manager and Attorney-at-Law at PwC Tax and Legal in Paris. She has been also a consultant in the European Social Mission attached to the President of EDF for lobbying in Brussels and Paris. She advised MNCs and SMEs as a senior specialist in Global Mobility and Compliance and as an International Employment Structuring Expert. She was designated as an EURES Expert Trainer for the European Commission.
Astrid holds a Ph.D. in International and European Law (Highest Honours & Publication Prize) from Paris II, Pantheon-Assas University, a Master of Advanced studies in Management of Social Transformations from SciencesPo Paris; a Research Master in Employment and Social Law and a Master in Economic Science and Social Management (Employment Policy and HR) from Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
She is qualified in France (Attorney-At-Law, Paris Bar) and for the last three years has volunteered at the Pro Bono Services of the Singapore Law Society.
