Delphine Constantin joins Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture and Bérengère Roig, founding partners of the Singapore office of LPA-CGR, which opened earlier this year.
Delphine advises corporates, funds, lenders, multilaterals and governments in both Common Law and Civil Law jurisdictions, primarily in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
Delphine focuses primarily on the development and structuring of infrastructure and energy projects, as well as on international dispute resolution. She has additionally developed strong expertise on compliance issues, to which corporations and investors are exposed in the region.
Delphine holds an LL.B., McGill University (Canada), a Master in Law (Magistère) from Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne)(France) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (USA). She has an excess of 15 years of experience in emerging market jurisdictions. Previous experience includes work with an international law firm in Australia and in Vietnam, and with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the Philippines. Prior to joining LPA-CGR, she was Of Counsel with an international law firm in Singapore and a Senior Consultant with one of India’s foremost law firms in Mumbai.
Delphine’s arrival further highlights LPA-CGR’s ambitions in the Asia-Pacific region. LPA-CGR, one of Europe’s leading international law firm, supports international clients across the region – with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo, and experts who each bring deep local experience.
Delphine is admitted in France (Avocat) and in England & Wales (Solicitor).
