We are pleased to announce the arrival of Sicong Chen as our new Associate at LPA Singapore.
Sicong is qualified in Singapore law (Attorney-at-Law, Singapore Bar). He graduated from Singapore Management University in 2020 and is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Sicong assists clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters. He has significant experience advising both publicly-listed and privately-held corporates across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors in the Asia Pacific.
His focus areas include financial services, technologies, industrials and pharmaceutical & life sciences.
Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Sicong trained and practiced in the Corporate M&A team of Allen & Gledhill LLP.
He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
