We are pleased to announce the arrival of Mavis Zhang as Associate at LPA Singapore in the Corporate and M&A team led by Bérengère Roig and Arnaud Bourrut-Lacouture.
Qualified under Singapore law (Attorney-at-Law, Singapore Bar), Mavis is specialised in corporate and commercial law. She focuses particularly on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. She will assist multinational corporates across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors in the Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Mavis trained with Drew & Napier LLC and Rajah & Tann LLP. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
