Candy Xiong is an associate of the Global Mobility team at the Singapore Office.

Candy Xiong is specialised in international taxation and transfer pricing. She focuses particularly on cross-border transactions between France and Singapore. She advises multinational groups and private clients on global mobility, complex reorganisations, employment arrangements, and high-value tax matters.

Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Candy trained at leading French and international firms, including Deloitte Société d’Avocats. There, she developed strong expertise in tax audit, transfer pricing compliance, legal transactions, and international mobility, working extensively on cross-border matters involving Europe and Asia.

Candy holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (DJCE) from CY Cergy Paris University and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (Singapore Campus). She is admitted to the Paris Bar and registered as a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore. She is fluent in French and English, and also speaks conversational Hmong.
