Karim Boursali is a corporate and M&A associate.

Karim Boursali advises French and international companies, financial institutions and institutional investors on their public or private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and strategic partnerships. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions in the real estate, banking – finance, beverage and services sectors.

Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Karim trained and practiced several years in the corporate departments of leading international law firms in France and Germany.

Karim graduated from ESSEC Business School (Master in International Business Law and Management, 2018), Maurer School of Law – Indiana University (LL.M. Corporate Law, 2017) and from Panthéon-Assas University in a dual degree with Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Master of Laws in European Business Law, LL.M. in European and International Business Law, LL.M. in German Law, 2014-2016).

He is fluent in French, English, German and Arabic (Dialectal).
