Li Ke Cheng is a corporate and commercial associate

Li Ke CHENG advises clients on corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He has experience advising a wide range of clients, including multinational companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs) listed on the Singapore Exchange, as well as investment funds established in Singapore.

Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Li Ke practiced in the REITs team of Allen & Gledhill LLP and the international capital markets department of Allen & Overy LLP.

Li Ke received his LLB from University College London in 2018. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Li Ke is fluent in English and speaks conversational Mandarin.
