Mavis Zhang is a corporate and M&A junior associatge at the Singapore office

Mavis’ areas of practice include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Mavis graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2024 and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. 

Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Mavis trained with Drew & Napier LLC and Rajah & Tann LLP. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
