Irène specializes in commercial law, with a particular focus on intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT). Graduated from the Sorbonne University in international law and in intellectual property law (master’s degree), Irène possesses in-depth knowledge of commercial and IP/IT matters. She advises both domestic and international clients on diverse legal issues, including contract law, data protection, software licensing, and technology transfers.
Previously, Irène interned in reputable law firms, gaining expertise in intellectual property litigation at Benoliel Avocats and exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law at Morgan Lewis Stamford in Singapore. These experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of various legal domains.
