Sicong Chen is a corporate and M&A associate at the Singapore office

Sicong’s areas of practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters.

He has significant experience advising both publicly-listed and privately-held corporates across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors in the Asia Pacific.

His focus areas include financial services, technologies, industrials and pharmaceutical & life sciences.

Prior to joining LPA Singapore, Sicong trained and practiced in the Corporate M&A team of Allen & Gledhill LLP.

Sicong graduated from Singapore Management University in 2020 and is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
